ABSTRACT
The relationship between mathematics and physics has been a subject to philosopher, mathematicians, and physicians. Math has been described as an essential tool for physics, and physics has been described as a rich source of inspiration and insight in mathematics. Math has interacted with physics, where calculus is invented in math and used as an inspiration in physics. Also, physicians have given physical reasoning to discover the solution before giving mathematical proof for the volume formula. The two fields are also interrelating to each other in the research areas, embracing physics and introducing new language understood by the two departments.
