Some of the ethical considerations to be taken into account regarding the research are the following.
- The privacy of the researchers should be ensured.
- Research data should be made confidential adequately.
- Any exaggeration and deception about the objectives and aims of the research studies should be avoided.
- Possible conflicts of interest, affiliations in any form, and the sources of funding should be declared.
- Transparency and honesty should be given the top priority while dealing with the communication related to the research.
- Representation of primary data in a biased way should be avoided.
- The misleading information should not be used.
- The highest level of objectivity in analyses and discissions should be maintained in the whole research studies.
- The data protection act should be taken into consideration.
- Unacceptable, offensive and discriminatory language should not be used while formulating the interview/ questionnaire and the questions related to the focus groups
- Informed consent should be used for the respondents to be part of the studies. (Bryman, 2017)
The two most important things to be done to take care of the risk assessments are following
- When evaluating hazards, consider all benefits and threats:
Although threats are sometimes associated with becoming detrimental to programs, there are several “possibilities” or constructive threats that can be extremely helpful to the venture and company. Make motivation to concentrate on the possibilities that arise in your experience. Your team is likely to develop a few solutions with a substantial payoff but don’t necessitate considerable energy or money expenditure. These will help you complete the venture more quickly, effectively, and profitably. (Stanleigh, 2016)
- Please keep a record of the threats and the tasks that go along with them
Every project management’s day-to-day responsibilities include work tracking. The only approach is to incorporate risky activities into your everyday schedule. Danger activities include identifying and analyzing threats, as well as generating, selecting, and implementing answers. Assimilating danger tasks regularly makes the management informed on the existing threats, which lets you remain on top of their perceived worth.
